- Eggs cooked any style, plus berries and nuts or apple slices/almond butter. (Gina and Chad's everyday breakfast)
- Best Paleo Pancakes - Ryn suggests eating these for dinner. They're great with some bacon and taste better after they've been sitting around for a day.

Easy Dinners anyone can try
- Crockpot Chicken in Enchilada Sauce -- Pollo con Salsa Roja. Try this over cauliflower riced in the food processor then stir fried for a few minutes with olive oil and a pinch of turmeric.
- Roast Chicken and then make easy chicken soup with the leftovers

- Coconut pumpkin soup - really easy and quick to make, tastes great with some shredded chicken or cubed ham thrown in too.

Snack Foods Options
- Hardboiled eggs (here's a how-to or you can buy them at Trader Joe's)
- Deviled eggs
- Guacamole Devils
- Jerky (sugar-free) - we like US Wellness Meats regular beef jerky and spicy beef jerky a lot.
- Beef snack sticks from US Wellness.
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Chicken/beef pieces dipped in guacamole
- Local, seasonal organic fruit
- Apple slices with almond butter and cinnamon
- Veggies - carrots, sliced red/yellow bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, jicama -- really anything you can dip in guacamole.
- Nuts -- buy them in the shell and shell them. Don't go nuts on nuts (ha!), especially if you're trying to lean out.
- Almond Coconut Blueberry Bars
- Sweet & Salty Primal Trail Mix
- Tanka Bites
- Paleo People Granola
- Paleo Snack Kits
- Paleo Brand Snacks
- Nutty Banana from Paleo Girls (skip the agave nectar -- don't need it)
- Dried fruit and Larabars (good ingredients, but not recommended for the leaning out phase as they are higher in natural sugar)
Gluten-free, Very Low Sugar Desserts
If you are trying to lean out, these will slow down your progress, but they're a great option when you need a special something.
